Review: This was an uplifting and positive book to read.  It helped me focus on healthier eating instead of all the diet plans.  Each tip is easy to apply and the author only asks the reader to apply if for a day and then decide to keep it as part of your daily habits.  I Highly recommended to all who want to live a healthy life style.
