| Review: I found this book very interesting. I practiced the techniques and found that they really work. I really got alot from the chapter on foods that help your mind and memory and am more aware of what I eat and feed my family. While reading this book I was reading a novel and in it the main character used memorized scriputures to hlep him through the hard times he faced. It emphasized to me the importance of remembering scriputures. A great book if you want to improve your memory. |
