Review: At first this book looks like just another how to book for getting kids to do their jobs but as I read and studied this book I found it was much more. This is a book about helping your children see what makes you happy. Children want to please their parents and like knowing that they are. This system can be used to reward children for whatever behaviors make you happy. Then in return you reward them with what makes them happy. It is simple to use. I have been implenting it with my 12 and 9 year old and they love to earn "happy faces". The author Debbie uses lots of examples through out the book and at the end she shares psychology on why this system works. I would recommend it for any parent who is struggling.
