· The Bottom Line:  Looking for what the Prophets have said about food storage?  This book if full of quotes from Latter-Day Prophets and Apostles regarding Food Storage.  The book also has experience of people who have had or wish they had prepared.

· Description: o Written by Neil H. Leash who has served in many leadership positions and has helped many people follow the council of our leaders to be prepared.
                        o Book contains 16 chapters and a section with suggested food storage for 12 months for various age groups, by gender.  Has 192 pages.
                        o Many quotes from latter-day prophets regarding food storage including why we should follow the prophet in everything including food storage.
                        o Contains accounts of when food storage has been needed through out recent history.
                        o Contains an informative chapter on what leaders responsibility toward food storage is.

· Review:  This was a book that made me inventory and plan how to complete my own food storage.  I was thankful after reading this book that I had at least started our food storage but made me realize how much I still needed to do.  This is a great motivational book to get you going on your storage or completing it.  I recommend it to any one who needs a jump-start on their food storage and needs a reminder of why we need to do it.  This book reminds us that being prepared is a commandment and that we need to follow all of the commandments.  This book is also a great source of quotes from the prophets on food storage.  A great book to have for lesson preparation because all of the quotes are in one source with an index to help you find them.
