Review:   As a beginner in Family History this book was very valuable to me.  I enjoyed the simplicity with which the book was written and learned a lot of valuable information to use.  I showed it to a friend that is an avid Family Historian and her complaint was there was to much information on why and not how to do Family History.  Her feelings were that someone who would pick up such a book would already know why but want to learn the how.  As a beginner I appreciated the whys and felt the hows were covered very extensively but simply.  A great resource for the Family Historian in your life.
