· Review:  This book is a must for any one who buys groceries, especially on a tight budget.  The book starts out with things to know, such as gimmicks the stores use to get you in the store.  This section was a great eye opener.  You will never shop the same after reading this section.  Section 2 is about things you can do to save money.  I have started applying these principles and have seen a change in the amount of money our family spends on groceries.  The final section is on preparing yourself to not have to shop but only shop for the good deals you find.  With the need to have food storage this section is very important.  Again this is a must for any one who buys food.
