· The Bottom Line:  This is a novelization of the life of the mother of David O. McKay.  It is part of a series entitled “Mothers of the Prophets”.  Written in 1st person this book starts with the childhood of Sister McKay and follows her life.  This book is well written and enjoyable to read.

o Follows Sis McKay through her life from birth to death.
o Contains 11 chapters with an afterword and endnotes.

· Review:  This was a good book.  Easy to read and a great way to learn about the life of such a great woman.  It gave me the desire to read more books in this series and I am looking forward to the next book.
